Zeally Bay Sourdough have been hand making sourdough bread in Torquay since 2007, using a 45 year old leaven. They use expert hand skills and long fermentation to make genuine sourdough baked on a stone hearth – bread of enduring quality, wonderful depth of flavour and environmental integrity. ZBS are committed to the future of organic farming by using only certified organic & biodynamic ingredients in all their products.
