Mallee Biodynamic Wholewheat Tin

This loaf is baked from wheat grown in the Demeter Certified living soils of iconic farmer Barry Edwards south of Mildura in Victoria’s Mallee region. It has a nourishing, cakey interior redolent of bran and germ. The crust carries a delicious, sweet malt flavour. Mallee terroir baked into a loaf!

• Certified Organic Heritage White Wheat Flour, Certified Bio-dynamic Stoneground Wheat Flour, Certified Organic Wholewheat Flour, Twice Filtered ‘Grander’ Water, Certified Organic Sourdough Culture, Natural Sea Salt, Natural Vitamin C.
