Certified organic lamb that is carefully reared at Cherry Tree Downs, in South Gippsland.
The lambs at Cherry Tree Downs are old style, British bred White Suffolk, Southdown and Dorset. These are breeds renowned for their high-quality meat – rather than their wool. They enjoy a low-stress life in a pristine natural environment, where they’re free to roam on nutrient-rich pastures of natural clover and ryegrass.Â
The lamb is 100% grass fed and finished, and dry aged, creating a superior quality and flavour.
Please order by 5pm Tuesday. Fresh meat arrives on Friday.
