Butterflied Marinated Lamb Details
You will receive a butterflied marinated half shoulder of lamb weighing approximately 1 kg.  The lamb shoulder will be vacuum sealed to ensure a shelf life of 10 days from the day it is packaged.

• Hung on the bone to develop the wonderful flavour our customers enjoy.

Cooking Instructions
BBQ or Oven Roast.
