Cup Of Chino is a family operated business, run by Josh and Azana (and baby Oleah!).
Our little store was born from a simple idea, to bring our love of delicious, organic produce to Apollo Bay, alongside exceptionally brewed coffee & drinks.

We've teamed up with the crew at Hello Coffee to create an exclusive organic Cup Of Chino blend. This brew is smooth, full of chocolate & cherry notes, and delicious served black or on milk.
We pair our coffee with local Schulz Organic Milk, chosen for its flavour, quality, and shared commitment to sustainable farming.
Beyond espresso, we offer a premium selection of ceremonial-grade matcha and hojicha, alongside a rotating menu of signature drinks — all house-crafted, refreshing, and made with organic ingredients.
With over 10 years of barista experience, Josh brings passion and his signature latte art to every cup.
