Baguette

This is a well-made sourdough version of the French classic, with a caramelised crust but a surprisingly moist crumb. Its flavour is enhanced by natural leavening and the addition of some stoneground wholegrain flour. It’s an ideal accompaniment to a shared meal or antipasto.
