Brioche

Our brioche is entirely naturally leavened, achieving lightness without the use of baker’s yeast. It is well balanced, with just the right combination of eggs, butter, sweetness and subtle sourdough tang. Slow fermentation adds a special complexity of flavour and enhances its keep-ability.

• Certified Organic Heritage White Flour, Certified Organic Wholewheat Flours, Certified Organic Soy Milk, Certified Organic Free-Range Eggs, Certified Organic Unsalted Butter, Certified Organic Sugar, Certified Organic Sourdough Culture, Twice Filtered ‘Grander’ Water. Natural Sea Salt.
