Pure cultured butter, made from cream, salt and cultures. Cultures are added to the cream, it ferments overnight, and it is then churned into butter. This is hand-made in small batches, and packaged in compostable wrapping.
Cultured butter is slightly thicker and silkier than salted butter, with a fuller flavour & slight tang.
