Naturally Cured Bacon Details
You will receive approximately 6 rashers of bacon weighing approximately 200 gm.  The bacon will be vacuum sealed to ensure a shelf life of 21 days from the day they are packaged. 

Ingredients
Pork from certified organic pigs, sea salt, pepper, parsley, rosemary, honey, tapiaco, carrot, celery, and Australian hardwood smoke.

Our certified organic pigs are:

- Free of additives, water injections, hormones and antibiotics.
- Hung on the bone (dry aged), further contributing to its depth of flavour.
- Raised slowly and naturally with care.
- Raised on a certified organic farm where they forage for grass and certified organic grains.

Animal welfare and environmental sustainability are at the core of what we do.  Our bacon is gluten free.  Our bacon is cured by Uncle's Smallgoods using natural curing techniques.

Cooking Instructions
Pan Fry, BBQ or Grill.

Fresh meat arrives every Friday.  You will receive a text when it is ready to pick up.
