Certified organic, 100% grass fed & finished beef with approximately a 85:15 beef to fat ratio

Cooking Instructions
Exactly as you would cook beef mince.  You can use in cottage pie, chilli con carne, Bolognese, burgers, meatballs, meatloaf, lasagne, sausages rolls, stir fry, etc
