Gravy Beef Details

Gravy beef is cut from the shin, a highly worked muscle area so it requires long slow cooking to break down the connective tissue. The result is beautifully tender meat with a delicious flavour.

You will receive one gravy beef pack weighing approximately 550 gm.  The gravy beef will be vacuum sealed to ensure a shelf life of 14 days from the day they are packaged.
