Steak Details
Beef eye fillet is a favoured premium steak. Cut from the tenderloin, an area that does little work that's what makes it so tender. It is a lean steak and has a mild flavour.

You will receive two steaks weighing approximately 125 gm each.  The steaks will be vacuum sealed to ensure a shelf life of 14 days from the day they're packaged.

Cooking Instructions
Grill, BBQ or pan fry. Best cooked rare to maximise flavour and tenderness.

Fresh meat arrives every Friday.  You will receive a text when it is ready to pick up.
