Oyster Blade Steak Details

You will receive two steaks weighing approximately 175gm each.  The steaks are vacuum sealed to ensure a shelf life of 10 days from the day they are packaged.

Fresh meat arrives every Friday.  You will receive a text when it is ready to pick up.
