Light Wholemeal Open

This is the middle ground, a nice balance of whole wheat and white flours. Wholemeal flour adds both earthy bran-powered flavour and fibre to this naturally leavened loaf and its sesame seed coating adds additional roasted and nutty complexity to the crust.
