You will receive 2 pork loin chops weighing approximately 250 gm each.  The chops will be vacuum sealed to ensure a shelf life of 5-7 days from the day they are packaged. 

Our certified organic pigs are:

- Free of additives, water injections, hormones and antibiotics.
- Hung on the bone (dry aged), further contributing to its depth of flavour.
- Raised slowly and naturally with care.
- Raised on a certified organic farm where they forage for grass and certified organic grains.
